We want you to be 100% happy with your product!
We stand behind every product we offer with the industry's best return policy - you'll never pay a restocking fee for items returned within 30 days. We make the returns process as easy as possible, but all returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
If you have purchased an incorrect or unwanted item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt according to the following:Return Details
- All returns and exchanges require a valid RMA number and our subject to our return policy.
- Product must be unused and in original condition.
- Returns must be packaged in the original manufacturer's packaging (both inside and outside).
- Products must be shipped back to RemoCon Solutions freight pre-paid (customer pays for shipping back to RemoCon Solutions).
- Third-party shipping charges (e.g., FedEx, UPS, etc.) are non-refundable
- Original shipping fees are not refunded. Return shipping and insurance fees are the responsibility of the customer.
